This months feature photo is a personal favorite. I’ve always loved horses and learned to ride and take care of my own saddle horse as a boy and teen. Once while riding in the forest on a logging road I saw my horses ears go up a common signal that she sees something different ahead. As I began to focus, I noticed a wildcat (Bobcat) coming into the clearing and into the logging road right in front of us. The key factor here was the “watchful horse eye”. It was a magical moment I’ll never forget. I hope you enjoy this photo and I’d love to hear your thoughts and comments.
