This month I’d love to share a Macro Photo and spend another month on the Dominican Republic. I came across these while shooting one morning outdoors up in the mountains at Palo Alto. My grand-daughters had told me all about the plant, how it folds up or closes it’s leaves when touched. It has beautiful pink blossoms, a berry like pod in the pea family, and it does re-open after several minutes. What a joy it was to find them growing on the side of those amazing Dominican mountains.
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
