One of the cool things about the outdoors in winter is the myriad of change that takes place with rivers and streams. Given the Northern Outdoors has additional snow and ice during winter months, making it extra special for Photography in areas with fast flowing rivers and streams. This photo is a moment of winter beauty that caught my attention as we stopped for lunch and listened to the rushing stream underneath the snow and ice.
